I wanted to
write a poem
About the kingdom of God;
To tell about the streets of gold,
On which, some day, we'll trod.
To
tell about the crystal sea,
And the new Jerusalem,
Of purest jasper, each wall made,
With jewels supporting them.
The
light within the city,
The Lord God and the Lamb.
No other lamp is needed;
No other temple stands.
But
I cannot begin to say,
How lovely it will be.
When we behold it on that day,
Its beauty we will see.

21:18-27)
