I will improve this later, but for now:
USA Eastern Time is where I am.
USA Central time is one hour behind EST.
Finland is 7 hours ahead of EST.
For example:
Eastern time = 1:00 PM
Central time = 12:00 noon
Finland time = 20:00 (or 8:00 PM) _________________

Ok. Upon popular request, I have finally given you all a way to see what time it is in all other members' locations.
You can view these times in the Memberlist. There is a link to the memberlist at the top of all BBS screens.
For this to work, each member MUST enter their proper time zone in their Profile. If they do not, then their time will show as the system time.
To set your time zone, remember that it is based on GMT.
(e.g. EST is GMT - 4 hours and Central time is GMT - 5 hours)
When your time changes in the fall and spring, you need to change it in your profile. Sorry, it doesn't do that for you, as some areas do not change their clocks for daylight savings time.
(e.g. In the fall, EST changes to GMT - 5 hours)
I hope this helps you keep track of the time.

I just realized that I never changed my time this past fall!!!
How will I ever remember to change it again in the spring??? _________________ "Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever."

I will try to remember to remind everyone to change their times when the time comes.

My watch has read 11:05 for the past 2 days!!!! At least it's right 2 times a day. Needing a new battery that's all I hope.
I'm glad for reminders to set our clocks too, tomalle! |

Good point Virpi.
And Ruby reminded me this morning that we here in the USA set our clocks ahead one hour this coming Sunday. (Saturday night actually)
So don't forget everyone!!
And be sure to change the time in your profile here at the bbs also.

Hey guys! It is that "time" again!
Clocks were set forward 1 hour this past Sunday, so be sure to adjust your time in your BBS profile. _________________
